SENATE BILL 337

AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 96 OF THE SESSION LAWS OF 1961 RELATING TO APPROPRIATIONS BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF NASH COUNTY FOR INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AND OTHER PURPOSES.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. Section 1 of Chapter 96 of the Session Laws of 1961 is hereby amended by striking the words and figures "twenty thousand dollars ($20,000.00)" appearing in the fourth line of said Section and inserting in lieu thereof the words and figures "twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000.00)".

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall be in full force and effect on and after its ratification.
