HOUSE BILL 818

AN ACT TO AMEND G. S. 158 RELATING TO TAX FOR INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT, SO AS TO MAKE ARTICLE 3 APPLICABLE TO PASQUOTANK COUNTY.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. G. S. 158-24 is hereby amended by inserting the word "Pasquotank" immediately after the word "Onslow" in line three thereof.

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall become effective upon its ratification.
