HOUSE BILL 914

AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 371 OF THE SESSION LAWS OF 1961 RELATING TO THE AUTHORITY OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE TOWN OF DREXEL TO APPROPRIATE AND PAY FUNDS TO THE DREXEL COMMUNITY CENTER.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. Section 1 of Chapter 371 of the Session Laws of 1961 is amended by striking out in line 3 the words and figures "two thousand dollars ($2,000.00)" and inserting in lieu thereof the words and figures "two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500.00)".

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall become effective upon its ratification.
