HOUSE BILL 1394

AN ACT RELATING TO THE FEES OF THE REGISTER OF DEEDS OF NORTHAMPTON COUNTY.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. For the registration of the instruments mentioned herein the Register of Deeds of Northampton County shall receive the following fees:

Deed ............................................................................................ $2.00

Deed of trust ................................................................................ 2.75

Marriage certificate ..................................................................... 1.00

Birth certificate ........................................................................... 1.00

Death certificate .......................................................................... 1.00

Registration of delayed birth certificate ................................... 1.00

Issuance of certified delayed birth certificate .......................... 1.00

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification.
