AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF THE AUDITOR OF PENDER COUNTY.
The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
Section 1. Chapter 184, of the Session Laws of North Carolina of 1963, is hereby repealed.
Sec. 2. On the first Monday in December, 1968, and every two years thereafter, there shall be appointed by the County Commissioners of Pender County a County Auditor who shall hold his office for a term of two years or until his successor is appointed and qualified.
Sec. 3. That all laws and clauses of laws in conflict with the provisions of this Act are hereby repealed.
Sec. 4. This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification.
