HOUSE BILL 845
AN ACT TO AMEND G. S. 163-175 RELATING TO THE MARKING OF ELECTION BALLOTS IN THE TOWN OF HAMILTON.
The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
Section 1. Paragraph (6) of G. S. 163-175 is hereby amended by changing the period at the end thereof to a comma and by adding immediately following such comma the words "and to all elections in the Town of Hamilton in Martin County."
Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.
Sec. 3. This Act shall be effective upon its ratification.
