HOUSE BILL 745

AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF ALCOHOLIC CONTROL OF NORTHAMPTON COUNTY TO EXPEND CERTAIN FUNDS FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. G. S. 18-45(15) is hereby amended by adding at the end thereof the following:

"The Board of Alcoholic Control of Northampton County is hereby authorized to expend up to fifteen per cent (15%) of its annual net profits or twelve thousand five hundred dollars ($12,500.00), whichever is greater, for the enforcement of the Alcoholic Beverage Control laws in Northampton County."

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification.
