AN ACT TO MAKE CERTAIN GENERAL STATUTES APPLICABLE TO HARNETT COUNTY.

 

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

 

Section 1. G. S. 153-9(52), as the same appears in the 1965 Cumulative Supplement to Volume 3C of the General Statutes, is hereby amended by striking out of the last sentence thereof the word "Harnett".

Sec. 2. G. S. 153-9(55), as the same appears in the 1965 Cumulative Supplement to Volume 3C of the General Statutes, is hereby amended by striking out of the last paragraph thereof the word "Harnett".

Sec. 3. G. S. 153-9(47), as the same appears in the 1965 Cumulative Supplement to Volume 3C of the General Statutes, is hereby amended by adding "Harnett", in its proper alphabetical order, to the list of counties to which the subdivision is applicable, which said list appears in the first sentence of the second paragraph thereof.

Sec. 4. G. S. 153-10.1, as the same appears in the 1965 Cumulative Supplement to Volume 3C of the General Statutes, is hereby amended by inserting the word "Harnett", in its proper alphabetical order, in the list of counties to which the said Section is applicable, which said list appears in the last paragraph of the Section.

Sec. 5. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 6. This Act shall be effective on and after the date of its ratification.
