SENATE BILL 375

AN ACT TO AMEND G. S. 153-48.5 RELATING TO THE POWERS OF BOARDS OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS SO AS TO MAKE SAID ACT APPLICABLE TO SWAIN COUNTY.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. G. S. 153-48.5 is amended by inserting in line 8 thereof after the word "Surry" in line 7 and before the word "Transylvania" in line 8, the word "Swain".

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification.
