HOUSE BILL 704

AN ACT TO FIX THE SALARY OF THE MEMBERS OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BELMONT.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. The salary of the members of the City Council of the City of Belmont shall be six hundred dollars ($600.00) per year.

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification.
