SENATE BILL 937

AN ACT TO INCREASE THE JURISDICTION OF THE POLICE OF SEVEN SPRINGS TO ONE MILE BEYOND THE TOWN LIMITS.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1.  The jurisdiction of the police of the Town of Seven Springs in hereby extended to one mile beyond the town limits of the Town of Seven Springs.

Sec. 2.  This act shall become effective upon ratification.

In the General Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 21st day of July, 1971.
