HOUSE BILL 148

AN ACT TO REPEAL CHAPTERS 696 AND 1060 OF THE SESSION LAWS OF 1969 RELATING TO THE COMPOSITION AND MODE OF ELECTION OF MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF GREENSBORO AND INITIATIVE AND REFERENDUM IN THE CITY OF GREENSBORO.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. Chapters 696 and 1060 of the Session Laws of 1969 are hereby repealed.

Sec. 2. This act shall become effective upon ratification.

In the General Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 19th day of July, 1971.
