SENATE BILL 907

AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 955 OF THE 1969 SESSION LAWS SO AS TO MAKE IT APPLICABLE TO ANSON COUNTY.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. Section 4 of Chapter 955 of the Session Laws of 1969 is rewritten to read as follows:

"Sec. 4. This act shall be applicable only in Johnston and Anson Counties."

Sec. 2. This act becomes effective upon ratification.

In the General Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 20th day of July, 1971.
