HOUSE BILL 78

AN ACT TO AMEND G.S. 85-A-34 TO PROVIDE FOR INCLUSION OF BURKE COUNTY AS A COUNTY SUBJECT TO G.S. 85A, BAIL BONDSMEN AND RUNNERS.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

Section 1. G.S. 85A-34 as the same appears in the 1974 Cumulative Supplement to Volume 2C of the General Statutes is hereby amended by inserting on line 2 before the word "Caldwell" the word "Burke".

Sec. 2. This act shall become effective on July 1, 1975.

In the General Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 25th day of February, 1975.
