AN ACT TO REPEAL THE FAIR TRADE LAWS.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

Section 1.  Article 10 of Chapter 66 of the General Statutes, known and cited as the "Fair Trade Act", is hereby repealed.

Sec. 2.  This act shall become effective July 1, 1975.

In the General Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 24th day of April, 1975.
