HOUSE BILL 444

AN ACT TO AMEND G.S. 153A-335 TO MODIFY THE SUBDIVISION CONTROL ORDINANCE FOR RUTHERFORD AND POLK COUNTIES.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

Section 1. G.S. 153A-335, as the same appears in 1974 Replacement Volume 3C of the General Statutes, is hereby amended by deleting the words "the division of land into parcels greater than ten acres" from that subdivision (2) in line 12 thereof.

Sec. 2. This act shall apply only to Rutherford and Polk Counties.

Sec. 3. This act shall become effective upon ratification.
