HOUSE BILL 224

AN ACT TO AMEND G.S. 163-278.33 TO MAKE CERTAIN CRIMINAL OFFENSES APPLY TO CERTAIN PUBLIC OFFICES.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

Section 1.  G.S. 163-278.33 is hereby amended to read: "Article 22 of Chapter 163 of the General Statutes, with the exceptions of G.S. 163-271, G.S. 163-273, G.S. 163‑274, G.S. 163-275, G.S. 163-276, G.S. 163-277 and G.S. 163-278 shall not be applicable to any of the offices covered by this Article."

Sec. 2.  This act shall become effective upon ratification.

In the General Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 13th day of March, 1975.
