SENATE BILL 880

AN ACT RELATING TO THE GAME OF BINGO IN FRANKLIN COUNTY.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

Section 1. It shall be lawful to play or operate the game of "bingo" in Franklin County in connection with fairs or exhibitions sponsored by civic, charitable, or trade associations of the county.

Sec. 2. This act becomes effective upon ratification.

In the General Assembly read three times and ratified this the 13th day of June, 1975.
