AN ACT TO BRING PERSONS SIXTY-FIVE YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER WITHIN THE PROVISIONS OF THE MINIMUM WAGE ACT.

 

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

 

Section 1.  G.S. 95-86(3), as it appears in the 1974 Cumulative Supplement to Volume 2C of the General Statutes, is amended by changing the semicolon at the end of subdivision j. to a period and deleting all of subdivision k.

Sec. 2.  This act shall become effective October 1, 1975.

In the General Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 16th day of June, 1975.
