HOUSE BILL 392

AN ACT TO AMEND G.S. 130-9 RELATING TO HUMAN RESOURCES AND HEALTH SERVICES.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

Section 1.  G.S. 130-9(g) is amended by deleting from line 1 the following words "The Department of Human Resources" and adding in lieu thereof the words "The Commission for Health Services".

Sec. 2.  This act shall become effective upon ratification.

In the General Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 27th day of March, 1975.
