AN ACT APPROPRIATING FUNDS TO THE CITY OF RALEIGH TO AID IN THE CONSTRUCTION OF A MALL FROM THE STATE CAPITOL TO THE PROPOSED RALEIGH CIVIC CENTER PLAZA.

 

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

 

Section 1.  There is hereby appropriated from the General Fund to the City of Raleigh the sum of two hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($225,000) for fiscal year 1976‑1977 to aid in construction of a mall from the State Capitol to the proposed Raleigh Civic Center Plaza.

Sec. 2.  This act shall become effective July 1, 1975.

In the General Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 26th day of June, 1975.
