AN ACT TO REPEAL CHAPTER 892 OF THE 1965 SESSION LAWS TO ENABLE CUMBERLAND COUNTY TO RECEIVE ADDITIONAL FEDERAL REVENUE SHARING MONEY.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

Section 1. Chapter 892 of the 1965 Session Laws is repealed.

Sec. 2. This act is effective upon ratification.
