HOUSE BILL 139

AN ACT TO ABOLISH THE TAX STUDY COMMISSION.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

Section 1.  Article 51A of Chapter 143 of the General Statutes of North Carolina is repealed.

Sec. 2.  This act is effective upon ratification.

In the General Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 7th day of February, 1979.
