HOUSE BILL 416

AN ACT TO VALIDATE CERTAIN CORPORATE DEEDS EXECUTED WITHOUT THE CORPORATE SEAL.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

Section 1. G.S. 47-71.1 is amended by deleting the year "1975" and substituting the year "1981".

Sec. 2. This act does not affect pending litigation.

Sec. 3. This act is effective upon ratification.
