HOUSE BILL 451

AN ACT TO REPEAL THE REQUIREMENT OF G.S. 147-59 THAT STATE WARRANTS BE PRESENTED FOR PAYMENT WITHIN SIXTY DAYS.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

Section 1. G.S. 147-59, 147-60, and 147-61 are repealed.

Sec. 2. This act is effective upon ratification.
