GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF NORTH CAROLINA

CHAPTER 127
AN ACT TO MAKE A TECHNICAL CORRECTION IN G.S. 161-22.
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:
Section 1. The second sentence of G.S. 161-22 is amended by deleting the words "chattel mortgages or other".
Sec. 2. This act is effective upon ratification.
In the General Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 31st day of March, 1983.
