AN ACT TO AMEND G.S. 20-88 RELATING TO PROPERTY-HAULING VEHICLES.
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:
Section 1. G.S. 20-88(b) is hereby amended by striking the "Schedule of Weights and Rates" for Common Carriers of Property appearing as the third Schedule of Weights and Rates thereunder.
Sec. 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 1983.
