CHAPTER 74
AN ACT TO REQUIRE FORFEITURE OF CONVEYANCES USED IN THE COMMISSION OF A ROBBERY.
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:
Section 1. G.S. 14-86.1(a) is amended by inserting immediately after the citation "20-106" the following:
", or used by any person in the commission of armed or common- law robbery,".
Sec. 2. This act shall become effective October 1, 1983.
