GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF NORTH CAROLINA

CHAPTER 157
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:
Section 1. G.S. 20-37.1 is repealed.
Sec. 2. G.S. 20-51 is amended by adding a new subdivision to read:
"(12) Motorized Wheelchairs or similar vehicles not exceeding 1,000 pounds gross weight."
Sec. 3. This act is effective upon ratification.
