GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF NORTH CAROLINA

CHAPTER 75
AN ACT TO ABOLISH THE OFFICE OF CORONER IN CLAY COUNTY.
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:
Section 1. The office of coroner in Clay County is abolished.
Sec. 2. Chapter 152 of the General Statutes does not apply to Clay County.
Sec. 3. This act is effective upon ratification.
